Finishing Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK Developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their major residential scheme in East London.

You will be responsible for looking after around 100 RC frame apartments, taking them from 2nd fix through to CML and handover. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, managing health and safety, ensuring the units are handed over to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate must have a track record of delivering apartments to an exceptional standard and must have worked for a residential developer/main contractor.

This is a 6 month role contract role, starting from Monday 5th January, with interviews being carried out this week.
