Salary: £47,513 – £50,450 benefits plus Car or Car Allowance £4500

Job Description:

A well-established social housing contractor is seeking an experienced SHE Advisor to support a growing regional workload across the East and South Midlands. 

This is a permanent, field-based role providing Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) support across refurbishment, planned works and construction projects within occupied and live environments.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide SHE advice and support to operational and site teams
Carry out site inspections, audits and investigations
Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Support the implementation of safe systems of work
Deliver SHE briefings, toolbox talks and training sessions
Liaise with subcontractors and supply chain partners
Support compliance with ISO
