Competitive basic salary – depending on experience + car or car allowance + bonus (paid out at 15% for the last 3 years) + pension

Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with a pioneering company dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability across the built environment. With a mission to reduce carbon footprints and support communities in the transition towards a greener future, they focus on innovative retrofit solutions in the North West. This part of a larger group focuses on a suite of services including internal and external wall insulation, loft insulation, heating systems, energy-efficient lighting, and more.

Our client believes that upgrading existing housing stock is essential for both environmental and economic sustainability, and they are committed to delivering top-quality projects that meet their clients' needs these clients include: Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Due to expansion and new contracts secured they are now seeking an Operations Manager.

Scope of Works: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee a range of retrofit projects, ensuring that all works—including cavity wall insulation (CWI), loft insulation, energy-efficient heating solutions, and lighting systems—are implemented effectively across various schemes throughout the North West.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing multiple project teams, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within budget.

* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and addressing any concerns.

* Coordinating with project managers and field teams to ensure optimal workflow and resource allocation across all ongoing initiatives.

* Implementing and enforcing best practices in project delivery to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

* Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and scope, providing regular reports to senior management on project status.

* Identifying areas for process improvement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.

* Functioning as a leader in upholding the values of the company, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
