Job Title: Contract Architectural Technologist
Rate: £30 – £33 per hour
Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extension subject to workload
Location: Leeds (Hybrid working – required in the office 2 days per week)

We're looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the design team of a well-established multi-disciplinary Architectural practice with a strong reputation across the country on a contract basis. Our client works on diverse projects spanning heritage renovations, transport infrastructure, healthcare facilities, and advanced manufacturing developments amongst a range of other sectors and project types.
The successful candidate will be involved in the design and development of varied projects from feasibility stage through to completion.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural technology
Proficient in Revit (daily use required)
CAD skills beneficial
Experience across diverse project types preferredKey Responsibilities:

Preparing technical and detailed drawings
Supporting projects from concept through to completion
Working on heritage buildings, transport schemes, healthcare and manufacturing projects
Collaborating with the wider design team of 25+ professionals
