Sub Agent

My client is a Leading Construction and Civil Engineering Company.

They are about to deliver a large scale circa £200m Major Civils Project in the Carterton area of Oxfordshire and are seeking to appoint, on a permanent basis a Sub Agent to supplement their existing delivery team.

In this role, you’ll take charge of organising works, overseeing project execution, and ensuring health & safety standards are met.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a large-scale construction project. Working alongside the Site Agent/Project Manager on site, you will oversee key project areas, including health and safety, quality control, environmental impact, and cost control.

About you

* Technical and management abilities

* Organisational and management skills

* Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets,

* Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues

* Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment.

* Solid experience in construction, particularly from a Civils background.

* CITB SMTS or equivalent

* CSCS

* A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or another relevant subject matter.
