Site Manager
Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of new build social housing apartment schemes in Swansea. This role requires proven experience managing the construction of flatted developments within the social housing sector, delivering projects safely, on programme, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
You will act as number one on site, overseeing all day-to-day construction activities from start on site through to completion and handover, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance throughout.
Key Responsibilities

Act as number one site manager on new build social housing flat developments

Manage projects from start on site through to completion and handover
*
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials across multi-storey builds
*
Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and specification
*
Maintain strict health & safety and site compliance standards
*
Drive quality control, inspections, snagging, and handovers
*
Liaise with housing associations, local authorities, consultants, and internal teams
*
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and programme updates
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build flatted developments
*
Essential experience delivering social housing apartment schemes
*
Strong understanding of multi-storey residential construction and sequencing
*
Ability to manage multiple trades and complex work packages
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Qualifications (Essential / Preferred)
*
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
