Project Manager

Our client is a Tier 1 construction contractor delivering high-quality DfE (Department for Education) projects across the North West. With a strong reputation for excellence and long-term client relationships, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project aftercare.

Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the aftercare and defects management of 8 DfE projects across the North West.
Manage and coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, consultants, and clients, throughout the aftercare period.
Act as the primary point of contact for all parties, ensuring defects are resolved efficiently and to the required standards.Project Manager Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 or large main contractor.
Strong knowledge of DfE projects, construction quality, and aftercare processes.
Demonstrable experience managing internal and external teams with excellent communication and coordination skills.Project Manager Benefits:

Salary of £80,000 + Car Allowance
Office-based role in Manchester, with occasional travel to sites across the North West.
