Candidate Services Manager
We’re a specialist recruitment business and we’re looking to hire a Candidate Services Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day candidate operations. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, organisation, and clear communication.
This role would suit someone who enjoys keeping things running properly and dealing directly with candidates.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing the job booking and job filling process
* Searching for candidates using our CRM, CV-Library, Indeed, and social media
* Advertising live vacancies across job boards and social platforms
* Managing candidate onboarding, including compliance checks, KID documents, and timesheet portal setup
* Chasing weekly timesheets and checking for errors
* Ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time each week by checking timesheets against client sign-off
* Handling day-to-day candidate queries
* Speaking with candidates regularly by phone and email
What we’re looking for
* Experience in recruitment, resourcing, candidate coordination, or a similar role
* Comfortable managing multiple live candidates and deadlines at the same time
* Well organised and able to prioritise quickly when things get busy
* Calm, practical, and reliable under pressure
* Confident dealing with candidates by phone
* Able to work remotely without close supervision
No formal qualifications are required — relevant experience and the right approach to work matter more.
Language skills
* Excellent spoken and written English is essential
* Additional languages are an advantage, particularly European languages common in the UK construction sector, but not required
The details
* Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
* Remote working as standard
* Office space available if preferred
