Project Architect for Central London Architectural Studio

A central London architectural studio is looking for a skilled Project Architect to join their growing team. Specialising in design focused quality residential, heritage retrofits, and mixed-use projects, the practice emphasises thoughtful design, materiality, and context. This is a key role to strengthen project delivery as the practice expands.

Role Overview:

Lead day-to-day project management under senior guidance
Manage projects across RIBA Stages 0-4
Produce high-quality design, planning, and construction documentation
Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients/contractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Mentor and support junior team members
About You:

ARB registered Architect with 4-5 years post-Part 3 experience
Experience in a design-focused architectural studio
Strong technical knowledge and construction understanding
Design literate, with a portfolio showcasing well-resolved, thoughtful work
Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
Clear communicator with clients, consultants, and contractors
Software & BIM:

Proficient in Revit (required), with experience in MicroStation, as the practice currently has projects delivered in both software.
Actively contribute to the studio's BIM transition to Revit (2026)
