Site Supervisor

Are you a Site Supervisor with experience working on Externals & Kitchen/Bathroom Projects?

Location: South & West London
Contract: Until end of March
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee externals and kitchen/bathroom works on a housing project. The successful candidate will ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for externals and kitchen/bathroom installations.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor health & safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
Manage materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
Liaise with clients, residents, and project managers to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in housing projects.
Strong knowledge of externals and kitchen/bathroom refurbishment.
Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred.Contract Details:
