We are a third-party accredited specialist contractor delivering compliant passive fire protection and fire door solutions across London and the surrounding counties. Our work is supported by robust management systems, independent auditing, and a strong commitment to quality, competence, and the requirements of the Building Safety Act.
As the Fire Door division continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Project Manager to support the delivery of fire door inspection, maintenance, and installation contracts across a diverse range of projects.
The Role
The Site Supervisor / Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of fire door works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, compliantly, and in accordance with programme and specification.
You will act as the primary point of contact between operatives, project teams, clients, and head office, maintaining high standards of workmanship, documentation, and site control across multiple live environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise fire door inspection, maintenance, and installation works across London and the surrounding counties
Manage site establishment, inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks
Coordinate operatives and subcontractors to ensure works comply with specifications, manufacturer guidance, and industry best practice
Uphold high standards of health and safety, ensuring RAMS are followed and site audits are completed
Conduct quality inspections and sign-offs, ensuring all works are fully documented and traceable
Use digital systems (e.g. OneTrace or equivalent) to record inspections, evidence, variations, and progress
Procure and manage materials, coordinating deliveries in line with programme requirements and site constraints
Liaise with clients, managing agents, and other stakeholders, providing clear and accurate progress updates
Support programme planning and report on progress, risks, and delays
Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, variations, and completion documentation
Support the development and mentoring of operatives and junior team members where required
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a Site Manager role, preferably within fire doors or passive fire protection
Strong practical knowledge of fire door installation, inspection, and maintenance standards
Sound understanding of health and safety legislation and site management processes
Confidence in leading site teams and communicating effectively with clients and key stakeholders
Well organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital systems for reporting and record-keeping
Full UK driving licence
