Operations Coordinator

A client of ours in the Eddington area is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm and paying up to £43,000 per annum depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Operations Coordinator role will include but are not limited to:

Supporting project administration, including reports, presentations, and documentation.
Monitoring project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
Acting as a central point of contact for administrative queries and supporting the leadership team.
Coordinating onboarding, training, CPD programmes, and team events.
Managing general office administration, including travel, expenses, supplies, and H&S compliance.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar support role.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with project management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience in architectural or design studio environments is a plus.Great Benefits to working for this company include:
