We are working with a leading high-end residential construction partner delivering exceptional luxury homes in premium markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Manager who thrives on delivering superior quality, managing intricate programme demands, and representing the project professionally on site. You will lead daily site operations, control quality standards, coordinate multidisciplinary trades, and engage confidently with clients and technical stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered to the highest specification, on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role that offers autonomy, responsibility, and a platform to demonstrate excellence in site leadership and luxury finish delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
* Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, inductions, and uphold exceptional site organisation and professionalism.
* Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and finish quality, with daily inspections focusing on joinery, stone, complex MEP interfaces, AV/smart home integration, glazing, and bespoke details.
* Manage samples, mock-ups and approvals for premium materials; proactively identify and resolve defects throughout delivery.
* Monitor progress against the construction programme, adjust sequencing to maintain productivity and protect the critical path, and escalate risks with mitigation recommendations.
* Enforce all health, safety, and site cleanliness standards (RAMS, policies), conduct regular inspections, and maintain excellent housekeeping suitable for high-end client visits.
* Act as the professional onsite representative, hosting site walk-throughs and providing transparent updates to clients, architects and consultants.
* Coordinate trades against the latest drawings and specifications, manage design interfaces, resolve clashes early, and maintain drawing registers.
* Oversee logistics, deliveries, storage, protection of materials, and plan site traffic/crane usage.
* Maintain comprehensive site documentation including weekly reports, progress photos, diaries, labour records, quality checklists and risk logs.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, warranty standards, and coordinate all necessary inspections and certifications.
* Manage handover processes, final snagging and commissioning of systems, and support post-handover defect period management.
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or complex construction projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent technical knowledge of construction sequences, finishes and site control.
* Superb communication skills, client-facing professionalism and proactive problem solving.
* Confident in documentation control, programming logic and quality assurance.
* Construction-related qualification preferred; CSCS and relevant health & safety certifications essential.
