Job Details:

· Support Quantity Surveyors in managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting.

· Assist with sub-contract procurement, tender analysis, valuations, and account management.

· Carry out site re-measures, cost value reconciliations, and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency.

· Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams, including managing claims and disputes.

· Contribute to monthly reporting, forecasting, and project review meetings.

· Maintain effective communication with site teams and the supply chain to ensure smooth project delivery.
