Overview

We are assembling a specialist team of experienced M&E / MEP Asset Surveyors to support a major estate-wide surveying programme across Southwark and Greater London.

This role focuses on visual-only inspection of communal mechanical and electrical systems within residential blocks and district heating networks. The work is structured, methodical and non-intrusive — no testing, commissioning, or repair activities are required.

Surveyors are engaged on a deliverables-based contract, with payment made per completed and validated survey. This offers flexibility, clear output expectations, and strong earning potential for competent surveyors.

Scope of Work

Surveyors will carry out structured visual inspections across a defined portfolio of buildings, including:

*

Communal mechanical and electrical systems

*

Central plant rooms and associated equipment

*

Capturing photographic evidence to support validation

*

*

Uploading survey data for validation in line with programme requirements

This is a highly structured surveying role suited to individuals who can work independently, manage their own workload effectively, and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
