We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a £90m mixed-use residential and commercial development in Milton Keynes.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the overall strategic, commercial, and operational delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Full accountability for project delivery, programme, budget, and quality

*

Leading and managing the project and senior site management teams

*

Overseeing design, procurement, and construction phases

*

Managing client relationships and key stakeholders

*

Driving health & safety, quality, and programme performance

*

Ensuring commercial control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on large-scale developments

*

Track record delivering high-value (£50m+) residential and/or mixed-use projects

*

Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills

*

Ability to manage complex programmes with multiple workstreams

*

Relevant construction or project management qualification
