Senior Design Manager – Power Sector

Senior Design Manager – Substations – Up to £90,000 DOE + Package

First Task Professional are currently working alongside a business who are anticipating an extremely busy 5-year period after recent successful tenders for frameworks in the power sector.

They are looking to build a team in the Scottish market permanently due to this success- this will include a Senior Design Manager with previous experience in the Power sector.

What are they looking for?

* Familiarity with pre-construction and tender design appointments

* Knowledge and experience in the energy sector, particularly with substations

* Proficient in working under NEC3/NEC4 contracts and managing associated change processes

* Skilled in appointing design consultants and overseeing scope and programme management

* Strong understanding of design management processes and procedures

* Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) is advantageous
