Site Manager

Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to join a client on a permanent basis.
The role will be overseeing an education project with a new roof being installed and then complete internal fit out.
Candidate Criteria:
1. Minimum 4 years’ experience of being a “number one” in charge of running projects
2. Experience of working in “live” environments (preferably education)
3. Enthusiastic, energetic, “can do” attitude
4. Confident & assertive
5. Good time management & ability to delegate
6. Able to communicate well & build relationships with client, consultants, sub-contractors & other members of the team
7. Computer literate & Procore experience preferable
8. Capable of reading & writing programmes including use of MS Project
9. Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H&S paperwork
10. Well organised, structured & independent
11. Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it
12. Determined & tenacious
SMSTS, First Aid and an Enhanced DBS are strong desirables.
