Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team on residential construction projects in Staines.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction

*

Valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification

*

First Aid at Work certificate

*

Strong knowledge of site health & safety and residential build processes

Role Responsibilities:

*

Day-to-day management of the site

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

*

Coordinating subcontractors and site labour

*

Maintaining site documentation and H&S compliance

*

Liaising with project managers and clients
