This is a senior opportunity to lead multiple operation teams for a successful housing developer with a steady pipeline of work lined up for the next 10years.

Operations Manager responsibilities:

Lead and develop construction and site teams across a major residential development made up of traditional and RC frame build.
Drive the health, safety and quality agenda across major residential sites and have project managers report into you.
Push the programme and ensure projects are on budget and to timescale.
Represent the main contractor, foster client relationships and promote business growth. The ideal Operations Manager

Proven experience delivering residential traditional build and RC frame for a main contractor or developer.
Confident leader with a proven track record in people management across multiple sites.
A blend of skills doing multi-site operational management for a main contractor and/or developer.
