Commercial Manager
We are working with a well-established Tier 2 main contractor operating within the UK fit out division, delivering high-quality office and healthcare fit out and refurbishment projects across London and the wider UK. Due to continued growth within their London team, we are recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial delivery across multiple projects.
This Commercial Manager role would suit someone with strong leadership capability and proven experience managing commercial functions within fit out and refurbishment environments, operating in a hands-on and commercially astute manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading the commercial management of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects
*
Managing and developing commercial and quantity surveying teams
*
Preparing and reviewing project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
*
Overseeing subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
*
Managing risk, value engineering, and commercial strategy
*
Ensuring commercial compliance with contracts, company procedures, and client requirements
*
Working closely with operational, design, and senior leadership teams
*
Supporting business growth through strong commercial control and reporting
Experience & Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial role
*
Strong background in office and healthcare fit out and refurbishment projects
*
Experience working for a Tier 2 main contractor preferred
*
Excellent knowledge of commercial and contractual processes
*
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects across London
*
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline; RICS preferred
