Suitable applicants will come from a construction consultancy or client side organisation, but consideration will be given to main contractor candidates with relevant past experience.

Arise Recruit is working with a construction consultancy that specialises in quantity surveying, project management and related services primarily for the hospitality sector – hotels, bars and restaurants. They are an established business who are growing, increasing 50% in the last 2 years. They are known for their experienced professional team, personal service, and track record in guiding clients through complex development and refurbishment projects. They work with some of the most high profile clients within the sector, and have a great track record of repeat business, delivering projects up to £10M in value.

The successful candidate will be working on hospitality projects ranging from £250k – £5m

As a Project Manager, you will manage projects throughout their life cycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.

You will be responsible for:

Running projects from concept to completion.

Pre and post contract management.

*

Liaising with clients and stakeholders.

*

Producing cost estimates and reports.

*

Advising on procurement strategies.

*

Managing project budgets and timeline.

Requirements:

*

Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or related construction field (Desirable).

*

Considerable experience for either a main construction consultancy or client side organisation.

*

Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.

*

Strong Pre and Post Contract knowledge.

*

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

*

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality projects.
