Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a – Finishing Manager – Residential New Build & Conversion Project (Near Portsmouth, Hampshire)

A respected regional developer is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager for a 15‑month direct contract on a high‑quality residential and conversion scheme near Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is a key hire for someone who takes real pride in delivering beautifully finished homes and can drive quality through to handover.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing all finishing trades and ensuring exceptional workmanship

Leading snagging, quality control, and final presentation of units

*

Coordinating closely with Site Management, subcontractors, and the client team

*

Maintaining programme targets while upholding high standards

*

Ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑organised site during the final delivery phase

About You

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
