Electrical Site Supervisor

We’re looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee social housing projects. You’ll manage electricians and subcontractors, carry out surveys, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality work across tenanted and void properties. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

* Location: Dartford

* Salary up to: £50,000

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support electricians across housing contracts

* Conduct electrical surveys, inspections, and EICRs

* Ensure compliance with regulations and health & safety standards

* Manage workloads, schedules, and material ordering

* Provide technical guidance to teams and clients

* Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and internal departments

* Carry out quality checks and remedial inspections

* Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

* Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, AM2 or equivalent)

* Experience in social housing (voids, repairs, planned works)

* Strong knowledge of IEE Wiring Regulations

* Supervisory or leadership experience (or ready to step up)

* Full UK driving licence

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
