Chartered Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a well-regarded Bristol-based cost consultancy that supports clients across the commercial, industrial and higher education sectors, delivering projects from early feasibility through to final account. With a strong regional presence and a steady pipeline of work, they're now looking to add a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Role
You'll play a key role in the delivery of live projects, providing robust commercial advice and cost management services, including:

Cost planning, budgeting and feasibility studies

Procurement advice and tender documentation

Contract administration and change control

Cost reporting, valuations and final accounts

Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams

What You'll Need

MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor

Consultancy experience

Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills

Confident communicator, comfortable in client-facing situations

What's On Offer

£50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
