Role Overview
My client are seeking a permanent Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. The role will primarily focus on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, with project durations ranging from 6 to 15 weeks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and residents.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple refurbishment projects
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to achieve project milestones
Monitor progress, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Act as the main point of contact for residents and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption
Deliver projects within agreed timescales and to client satisfaction
Requirements
SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid qualification
Proven experience managing refurbishment projects within the social housing sector
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to travel across the North West region
