You will operate within an established Building Surveying team in Birmingham, delivering a wide range of professional services across commercial, retail and industrial portfolios. The role offers autonomy, direct client exposure, hybrid working, and clear progression within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy.

This position suits an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with commercial property experience, ambition, and a desire to develop their career within a market-leading consultancy.

THE ROLE:
* Delivering technical due diligence (TDD) instructions
* Contract administration and project delivery
* Dilapidations and lease advisory services
* Defect analysis and building pathology
* Planned maintenance programmes
* Building reinstatement cost assessments
* Hybrid working from the Birmingham office

THE PERSON:
* MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
* Background in commercial or industrial property surveying
* Based in or commutable to Birmingham
