Health & Safety Advisor – Data Centre Project (Finland) (x4)
€65,000 – €75,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance

Health & Safety Advisors are required to support site delivery on a fast-paced, technically complex data centre project in Finland. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to professionals who are confident engaging directly with contractors and driving safe behaviours on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a visible on-site presence, carrying out daily inspections and safety observations.

* Support and review RAMS and permit-to-work activities.

* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.

* Intervene and correct unsafe acts or conditions in real time.

* Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and close-out of actions.

* Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across the workforce.

Skills & Qualifications

* 4+ years’ experience in construction Health & Safety.

* Strong communication and site engagement skills.

* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
