Environmental Manager – Data Centre Project (Finland)
€50,000 – €70,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance

We are seeking a construction-focused Environmental Manager to join a major mission-critical data centre project in Finland. This role requires strong site presence, practical environmental management, and the confidence to challenge client requests where they are not reasonable or proportionate.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and manage the project Environmental Management Plan.

* Work closely with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure on-site compliance.

* Monitor waste management, noise, emissions, water, and environmental controls.

* Carry out regular environmental inspections, audits, and reporting.

* Act as the primary environmental interface between the site team and the client.

* Professionally challenge and manage client environmental expectations.

* Deliver environmental awareness training where required.

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven environmental experience within a construction environment.

* Strong understanding of practical site-based environmental controls.

* Confident communicator with the ability to operate autonomously.
