Electrical Commissioning Engineer – Data Centre Project (Finland) (x5)
€100,000 – €110,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance

We are seeking experienced Commissioning Electrical Engineers to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland, delivered by a leading European mission-critical contractor. This is a site-based role offering long-term stability, exposure to technically advanced electrical systems, and clear progression within a growing commissioning team.
You will work closely with Commissioning Leads, construction teams, and client representatives to safely test, energise, and hand over complex electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the full electrical commissioning scope from pre-commissioning through IST and handover.
* Execute functional testing of LV/MV systems including switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.
* Coordinate with construction teams to ensure systems are ready for test and energisation.
* Review commissioning documentation, test scripts, and procedures.
* Support energisation activities in line with project safety rules and permits.
* Record, track, and close commissioning defects and punch lists.
* Assist with client demonstrations and final system handover.
Skills & Qualifications
* Electrical engineering qualification or recognised electrical trade background.
* Experience commissioning electrical systems on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
* Strong understanding of testing, energisation, and electrical safety procedures.
* Ability to work in a structured, process-driven commissioning environment.
