Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre
A well-respected, award-winning General Contractor who delivers Critical Infrastructure Projects across various sectors seeks an ambitious and driven Electrical Project Manager for a Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. You will work for an innovative, forward-thinking contractor with a diverse business model.
Due to an increased project pipeline and recent company growth, a market-leading mission-critical principal contract is actively recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for a new data centre project valued at 70m in Germany.
With the order book full until 2028, there is excellent scope for a credible Electrical Project Manager to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Management of Site QA, specifically with regards to the Electrical package, including set up, management and close out of file
Management of all costs associated with your package.
Management of all day-to-day site operations
Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly meeting with the sub-contractor.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings.
Issue weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs are issued to the client
Electrical Project Manager Key Requirements:
A trade and/or relevant third-level qualification
Several years of experience in a similar role
Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects
Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Experienced in design and build
Good technical knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems
Excellent IT skills
