Electrical Construction Manager – Data Centre

Salter Grange is currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a Leading Engineering Contractor on a large Data Centre in Germany.
 
Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Construction Manager on large, fast-track construction projects such as industrial, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma, or Commercial Projects. Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:

Management of all day-to-day site operations
Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly meeting with subcontractors.
Ensure that direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to the time administrator for centralised tracking.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs are issued to the client.
Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers 
Electrical Construction Manager Requirements:

A trade background and 5 – 7 years of previous experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors.
Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projects.
Experienced in design and build.
