Demolition Supervisor

City Site Solutions Scotland are looking for a Demolition Supervisor for a long term contract starting in January 2026 role in Glasgow.

The client is open to starting someone direct if this is a preference. Our client is based in Glasgow, but work is throughout the central belt so travel to various sites will be required.

Duties

* Daily Supervision of site activities.

* Supervision and planning of workload for all the site teams.

* This role will include operating machinery.

* Working to risk assessments and method statements.

* Working to inspection and test plans.

* Implementing health and safety procedures, undertaking safety inspections, and ensuring demolition site safety.

* Complete all day-to-day site paperwork associated with the Supervisors role.

* Client liaison (as required).

Requirements

* Current CCDO Supervisor card (or CCDO Advanced Operative card)

* Understanding of building structures & construction techniques and safe demolition procedures.

* Experience managing teams of up to 12 workers
