Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen with an independent consultancy operating across the commercial office, industrial and higher education sectors, supporting repeat clients on complex and high-value schemes. They're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key projects and mentor junior team members.

The Role

Leading cost management services on multiple projects

Advising clients on procurement strategies and risk

Managing junior surveyors and reviewing outputs

Attending client meetings and representing the business

Supporting business growth through excellent service delivery

About You

Strong background in consultancy-led quantity surveying

MRICS qualified

Comfortable running projects independently

Experience in commercial or education projects desirable but not essential

What's On Offer
