Site Manager

GVR Solutions are working with a leading specialist drylining contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial fit-out sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects in live and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

Day-to-day management of site operations on commercial fit-out projects

*

Managing drylining, SFS, partitions, ceilings and associated trades

*

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard

*

Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials

*

Maintaining site records, RAMS, and ensuring H&S compliance

*

Liaising with main contractors, clients and design teams

The Site Manager must have/be:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within drylining / interiors / fit-out

*

Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out projects

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
