manage projects from conception to completion
Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification knowledge
Oversee contract administrationSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architect include:

ARB registered
Significant post RIBA part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience working on bespoke residential projects
Strong design and drawing skills
Job running experience
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
