Stock Condition Surveyor

Are you an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor looking for your next project?
Boden are working in partnership with a consultancy who are seeking a skilled surveyor to join their team on a temporary basis to support their ongoing stock condition programme in Chelmsford across a commercial estate.
 
As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you'll be responsible for carrying out detailed condition surveys across the estate
 
The role is outside IR35 paid on a rate of £(Apply online only) a day (Plus mileage expenses covered)
 
6 month project

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal and external stock condition surveys on the Estate
Record and update condition data accurately using handheld software
Identify required repairs and any defect issues
Liaise with members of staff in a courteous manner Requirements
  
To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor, you'll have the following skills and experience: 

Proven experience conducting stock condition surveys (Either in housing or commercial)
Proficiency in using asset management or survey software
