* Has successfully delivered M&E packages from pre-construction through to completion
* Is confident managing M&E subcontractors and coordinating with project and site teams
* Has a strong understanding of design coordination, commissioning and handover
* Wants greater ownership and autonomy over the building services elements of projects

You’ll take full responsibility for the management and coordination of building services, including programme integration, quality, cost control, commissioning and client liaison, supported by a well-structured commercial and operational team.
