Due to more new porjects our client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, they need either a well experienced QS or an SQS for their Merlin Way, Swindon Site (predominantly based on Site).
The role will involve looking after the commercial aspect of Project: – Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES) – Submitting client AFP – Carry out project procurement – Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account – Costs control and driving up value – Mitigating project risks – Maximising cash collection
We are looking for candidates, who:
* Can commute to our client's offices in Swindon
* Experiennce with NEC contracts
* Experience of large infrastructure/construction projects.
