We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in Ilfracombe, North Devon. This is a permanent role with a reputable residential developer, offering long-term local work.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day running of a new build housing site

* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality standards

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Liaise with the wider project and technical team as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (essential)

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Good knowledge of local subcontractors in North Devon is highly advantageous
