Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:

– End to end management of multiple, high value packages
– Monitoring build costs against budget and forecast final cost
– Identifying cost risks and opportunities early
– Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms
– Preparing and agreeing final accounts with supply chain

Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:

– Minimum 10 years post qualified experience
– Extensive Major Project experience – ideally High Rise Towers
– Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar
– First class IT / reporting skills
– Strong communication – written and spoken
