A leading international consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team, working across residential, commercial, healthcare, defence and public sector projects. This role offers exposure to complex schemes and high-profile clients.

The Role

Leading cost management services from inception to completion

Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

Supporting and mentoring less experienced surveyors

Working within established frameworks and repeat client accounts

Ensuring commercial best practice across all projects

About You

Senior-level experience in quantity surveying

MRICS qualified or close to chartership

Confident operating in structured, corporate environments

Experience working across varied sectors
