Our client delivers a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects with contract values ranging from £4m to £10m, offering long-term project stability and career progression.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations

Maintain high standards of quality assurance (QA) and control

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Plan and organise site activities efficiently

Manage subcontractors and foster strong, collaborative working relationships

About You

Proven experience in a Sub Agent or Section Engineer role (or similar)

Engineering background (civil engineering preferred)

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
