What you’ll get:

Key aspects of the role:

Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily internal refurbishments in sheltered accomodations, to produce seamless results for local authorities.

* Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.

* Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.

* Using your knowledge of Local Authority works.

What you’ll need:

* Strong experience in Social Housing – primarily refurbishment, not new build

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* First Aid at work

* UK Driving Licence

* Right to work in the UK
