We're partnering with a worldwide recognised engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Electrical Director to lead their London electrical division. This is a senior, high-profile role for someone with a strong track record in delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects.
The Role
As Electrical Director, you will:
* Take full ownership of the London electrical division, including budget responsibility, ensuring strong financial performance alongside technical excellence
* Lead project delivery across the division, managing budgets, resources, and operational risk
* Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of electrical engineers
* Develop and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary contact for major projects
* Drive business development initiatives, winning new work and expanding the division's market presence
* Shape the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth of the division

About You
* Extensive experience leading and delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects
