Overview
Our client is a well-established specialist façade contractor delivering complex external envelope packages on major construction projects across London and the South of England. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple live projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.
This is a senior delivery-focused role requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across several sites.
Key Responsibilities

Overall management and delivery of multiple façade projects across London and the South
*
Full responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety, and cost control
*
Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Coordinating closely with commercial, design, and site management teams
*
Acting as the main point of contact with main contractors and clients
*
Managing project programmes, progress reporting, and risk mitigation
*
Overseeing design coordination, procurement, and installation activities
*
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
*
Driving projects through to successful completion and handover
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
*
Background in façades, cladding, curtain walling, or building envelope packages is highly desirable
*
Strong understanding of construction programmes and sequencing
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
