CSA Package Manager – Helsinki – Data Centre

An established international Main Contractor is appointing a CSA Package Manager to oversee the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works on a large-scale data centre development in Helsinki. This position plays a critical role in coordinating multiple CSA workstreams within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

* Taking ownership of assigned CSA packages from mobilisation through to completion

* Managing civil, structural, and architectural subcontractors on site

* Ensuring CSA works are delivered safely, in accordance with design, specification, and programme requirements

* Coordinating interfaces between CSA and MEP disciplines to support overall project sequencing

* Monitoring short-term planning, progress, and productivity

* Reviewing technical drawings, method statements, and inspection records

* Driving quality standards and resolving construction or design-related issues

* Supporting site logistics, access planning, and handover activities

* Reporting package progress, risks, and constraints to senior project management

What we’re looking for

* Background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline

* Proven experience managing CSA packages on large commercial, industrial, or data centre projects

* Strong understanding of concrete structures, building envelopes, and architectural finishes

* Experience working for a main contractor or principal contractor environment

* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

* Familiarity with Nordic or European construction standards is beneficial
