SSA are currently recuriting for an established Power & Renewable Energy contractor who due to a number of new contract and framework awards are looking to bring in a Commercial Manager to look after their projects as part of thier SSE & Scottish Power projects.

You would be responsible for:

* Overseeing a small team of Quantity Surveyors;

* Working on large-scale, long-term substation and renewable energy projects

* Commercial responsibility for schemes valued between £10m-£50m

* Preparation of monthly/quarterly forecasts;

* Overseeing and directing the CVR, Change Management, & Subcontractor Management processes;

* Dispute Management & Adjudications

You will need:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, or time-served

* Experience within Power / Renewables (preferred)
