What you'll be doing as the Building Surveyor:

Delivering a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying instructions
Leading contract administration, specifications, and tender processes end to end
Carrying out condition, defect, measured and damp & mould surveys with confidence and accuracy
Advising clients on design, maintenance, refurbishment, repair and damp/mould remediation solutions
Producing clear, high-quality reports and actionable recommendations
Building strong, lasting client relationships and representing the business professionally
Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting them through their APC journeyRequirements:

Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
3-5 years' experience within a consultancy environment
Experience identifying, diagnosing, and reporting on damp and mould issues (highly desirable)
Strong technical capability across a range of sectors and project types
Confident communicator with excellent written and client-facing skills
Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects
