The Opportunity
An established and fast-growing consultancy in Plymouth is looking for a driven Project Manager to join their expanding team. You'll work closely with Directors and Senior Surveyors, delivering an exciting mix of projects across:

Residential
Commercial
Healthcare
Heritage & conservation
Public sectorFrom modern housing developments to complex refurbishments, heritage restorations and distressed project turnarounds – no two days will be the same.

This is a role where you'll be trusted, supported and challenged, with genuine responsibility from day one.

What you'll be doing as the Project Manager:

You'll be at the heart of project delivery, leading schemes from concept to completion and acting as a trusted advisor to clients
Lead projects end-to-end – on time, on budget and to high-quality standards
Be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Develop and manage programmes, budgets and risk registers
Carry out technical due diligence and condition surveys
Prepare reports, project documentation and funding applications
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors
Provide hands-on technical input across design, procurement and delivery
Support turnaround of distressed or complex projects
Represent the business at networking and professional eventsWhat they're looking for:

You're proactive, technically strong and enjoy problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
3+ years' experience in project management and/or building surveying
Consultancy background preferred
Experience across public and private sector projects
Pre- and post-contract experience
APC completed or nearing completion
Confident, sociable and team-oriented
Happy to travel to project sites as requiredWhat's in it for you as the Project Manager:
